“Simply Marion Wyche"

Marion Wyche, born to Julius and Lenora Bogar, the youngest of two children. Preceded in death by her brother Richard Earl Bogar. She was born and raised in the city of Newark, NJ. Marion was married and preceded in death to Charles Wyche wedded in the year 1963, they raised two children (Derrick and Tawana). Marion was a simple lady; she began studies at Rutgers University while working full time. As a young adult she had a strong work ethic, making her career as a bookkeeper for several companies. Her father being a notable businessperson and owner, Marion would later join him in the family business, stepping in and managing day-to-day operations. Upon the death of her father, being already prepared, she assumed sole ownership. Marion had several hobbies that she would give her time, namely textile design and pattern creation. She would later further her education and pursue her passion through interior design which gave her so much joy and gratification. She took immense pride in her appearance; she loved the finest of fashion and would always take time to pamper and spoil herself and her loved ones. Marion was a lady who took joy and had such an infectious enthusiasm for the simple pleasures of life. With her shy, bubbly, yet forthright personality, she was extremely strong-willed and unwavering in her beliefs. She loved God and thoroughly enjoyed taking time to read and discuss scripture when an opportunity arose. She aspired to be a world traveler, as she conquered several destinations on her global conquest. Marion was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Marion leaves to cherish two children; Derrick R. Bogar (Hannah), Tawana Wyche-Lewis (Albert). Three Grandchildren; David L. Wyche, Sr. (Shezaray), Derrick R. Bogar, II, Darius B. Bryant (Kenya), twenty-one great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. As well as her mother-in-law Alice Wyche, brother-in-law Romus E. Wyche, Sr., a host of cousins and beloved friends. From the oldest to the youngest, our mother, grandmother, great grandmother showed us all love in her own individual and unique way, and she will forever be missed!
