Kim Tourre, was born to Dorothy Louise Tourre on December 20, 1959, in Harlem, New York. He peacefully passed away at his residence on April 21, 2024.
Kim was known for his dedication to his work and his vibrant personality. Described as a fun-loving spirit, he touched the lives of many with his warm smile and kind heart.
Graduating from West Side High School in Newark, NJ, Kim embarked on a career at New Jersey Transit as a Service Man, where he served diligently for 9 years.
In his free time, Kim enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He cherished spending time with family and friends, especially bonding with his older brother Cornell Morton Sr. over bike rides to Central Park. Kim also found joy in music, playing video games, cooking delicious meals, and watching classic Kung-fu movies.
Kim will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is survived by his loving family members including Robert S. Tourre, Cornell Morton Sr., Joanne Collins, Sharonda Morton, Cornell Morton Jr., Shareek Morton, Linda Morton, Danielle Tourre, Teria Morton, Shalinda Morton, Robert A. Tourre, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
