It is with heavy hearts that we announce the home going of our beloved son and brother, Heath Stevens. He left this world on November 14th, 2023 surrounded by the love of his family.
Heath Stevens was born on May 5, 1981 to Willie & Roeneia Stevens in Jersey City, NJ. From the very beginning, his warm and compassionate spirit touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A devoted son, Heath brought immense joy and pride to his parents through the years. His loving kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering support made every day brighter. He cherished the love of his parents, creating lasting memories that will forever be etched in their hearts.
As a brother, Heath was a source of inspiration and strength. His love knew no bounds, and his guidance was a steady beacon through life's challenges. He shared a unique bond with his siblings, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie that will endure in our hearts.
Heath touched the lives of many with his generosity, compassion, and zest for life. His laughter was infectious. He looked forward to family gatherings and his ability to find joy in simple moments left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents Willie & Roeneia Stevens, one brother Willie Stevens, five sisters Lakrisha Dickerson, Bishop Diane Henderson, Bishop Jacqueline Walton, Patricia Parson, and Carmen Ortiz. Nephew Jayden Stevens, and nieces Aniya Stevens, Tariya Stevens, Chloe Stevens, Brooke Stevens and Rayven Sherin. One devoted sister-in-law Alexis Stevens and brother-in-law Derek Dickerson. Aunts Clarette Royster, Diane Lawton, Geraldine Goss and Sandra Goss. Uncles Loney Goss and James Royster Sr., along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The memory of Heath will live on through the countless lives he touched. As we say our goodbyes, let us remember the love, laughter, and warmth he shared with us. In honoring his memory, let us strive to embrace life with the same kindness and joy that defined his existence.
